Do not share your personal/sensitive information and end the call if you suspect you're not talking to a legitimate representative. Health Advantage Audio Response Teller, is our free, 24-hour audio response phone system. All you need is your account number. With 24x7 Telephone Banking you can:

  • Check balances & history
  • Check account history
  • View cleared checks and recent deposits
  • Transfer money

Access 24x7 Telephone Banking by calling 989.791.7070; Press 2 and follow the prompt. You will be prompted to enter your Account Number and PIN. Then listen for the different options.
