SCAM ALERT: Members have reported receiving phone calls from someone claiming to be from Health Advantage’s Fraud Department stating the member’s card was compromised. Please remember the Credit Union will NEVER ask for online banking credentials, full debit or credit card numbers (CVV or PIN number), your full social security number or the 6-digit secure access codes sent to your phone or email. Do not share your personal/sensitive information and end the call if you suspect you're not talking to a legitimate representative.
